Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in the Milton Keynes area, supporting one of our Legacy Projects. You will manage procurement, cost planning, subcontractor payments and forecasting, ensuring value and protection of margins.
Working closely with operations, you’ll balance cost, quality and timely delivery, maintaining safe practices and robust reporting to drive project performance.
