Due to continued expansion, Crest Nicholson are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.
Reporting to the Group Head of HSE, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of the Company\’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, supporting our Chiltern Division and implementing standards consistently.
To be a successful candidate, we\’re looking for a flexible team player with excellent communication skills with strong commercial awareness. You will engage in and promote proactive, sensible and cost-effective ways of continually improving health, safety and environmental performance.
Applicants must be working towards a Chartered Membership of IOSH or hold a Chartered Membership of IOSH and have a minimum of 5 years\’ experience within the Construction sector. An excellent understanding of industry standards and good practice is essential. IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment membership would also be an advantage.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is keen to develop their career and gain invaluable experience and knowledge in an exciting, challenging and rewarding environment, working with experienced and well-established teams.
This role will be working across our Chiltern division, supporting developments across the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Oxfordshire areas.
