We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot, enabling them to effectively manage sales activities and drive sales.

Duties

  • Lead and manage field operations, ensuring that all activities align with company commercial objectives.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilise CRM tool to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and highlight opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and drive sales growth in own territory.
