The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction whether at breakfast, lunch, dinner, function or in the lounge. You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, have strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery and effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure that they are fully aware of all business and that they and their team are prepared for the day, shift or event.
The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure that they provide great training to the team so that service levels match our rosette awarded food. You will be adaptable to ensure all aspects of Food & Beverage are running as they should including overseeing stock management, linen supplies and compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong Food & Beverage experience and customer care skills with great communication and time management. The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.
Job Overview: As Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all aspects of our hotel's Food & Beverage operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, optimizing guest satisfaction, and driving profitability across all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities.
