Our experienced kitchen leadership team are looking for a Chef de Partie. This opportunity is for someone who wants to be part of something great, whether vastly experienced as a Chef de Partie or for someone who is developing and wants to grow skills with guidance from the brigade.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie or Demi Chef who has a real passion for food, flavours and presentation with good experience and who wants to develop in a rosette kitchen in a wonderful property with an excellent reputation.

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
