Avisford Park Hotel is located within 60 acres of grounds with 140 bedrooms, 15 meeting rooms and a fully equipped gym and leisure club and golf course for guests to enjoy, something for everyone.
As Golf Club Hospitality & Membership Manager you will have the opportunity to have a varied and social role whilst also being strategic in the development, management, and growth of the hotel’s golf and leisure memberships. Operating within a premium hotel environment, this role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience across the golf courses and leisure facilities while driving membership sales, retention, and revenue.
The role of Golf Club Hospitality & Membership Manager will oversee day to day hospitality operations in the Club House to include taking responsibility for the ordering for both Food & Beverage and retail and coordinating social events.
The Golf Club Hospitality & Membership Manager role involves building strong relationships with members, ensuring high standards of service, and acting as the primary point of contact for all membership-related matters. The Manager works closely with golf operations, leisure, hospitality, sales, and marketing teams to align membership benefits with the overall guest experience and brand standards of the hotel.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality sales and events.
- Proficient in databases / booking platforms.
- Experience in a senior position, managing own time and achieving targets.
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a leisure environment.
