The Role of Guest Team Leader – Front Office:
The Guest Service Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Front Office operation and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role. An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact.
