Crest Hotels Group is seeking a Group People & Culture Partner to work with hotel leadership across the UK.
You will deliver a first-class People service, support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processes and HR reporting while helping shape a positive workplace culture.
You will travel regularly across our hotels, partner with leaders, coach managers and oversee HRIS data accuracy and compliance. CIPD Level 7 is preferred but experience is key.
