We are looking for a Campaign & Events Manager to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, webinars and events.

You will use data and insight to improve engagement, generate leads and support Cresset’s commercial goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, events, webinars, social media, websites and partner channels.
  • Manage global conferences, exhibitions, workshops, customer events and webinars from planning through to evaluation.
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, contractors, registrations, budgets, shipping, promotional activity and event materials.
  • Work with application scientists and other colleagues to develop clear and engaging scientific content.
  • Host webinars and brief presenters, sales colleagues and company representatives.
  • Support product launches, demand generation activity and commercial priorities.
  • Track registrations, attendance, engagement, marketing-qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline impact.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and event records in Hub Spot and related systems.
  • Produce dashboards and reports covering campaign performance, lead conversion and return on investment.
  • Use performance data to recommend improvements to future campaigns and events.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and relevant event opportunities.

What we’re looking for

  • At least five years’ practical marketing experience.
  • Proven experience delivering B2B campaigns, webinars and events across different formats.
  • Strong event planning, budgeting, supplier management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience measuring lead generation, campaign performance and marketing return on investment.
  • Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform, ideally Hub Spot.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage several projects and deadlines independently.
  • A degree in marketing, event management or a related subject is desirable.
  • Experience in life sciences, chemistry, software or drug discovery would be helpful.
