Role Description

This is a full-time (40 hours a week) on-site role for a Fleet Administrator, based in Dunfermline. The Fleet Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the company's distribution fleet, ensuring the vehicles are maintained, compliant, and running efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling maintenance
  • Tracking fleet performance
  • Coordinating with service providers
  • Managing vehicle records
  • Supporting the fleet maintenance team to ensure smooth operations

The role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and assisting in identifying areas for improvement within fleet operations.

Desired Qualities:
