Overview
Cresconova Labs, a cutting-edge learning center for young innovators, is seeking passionate and dynamic Contract Educators with both teaching and fabrication experience to offer high learning potential students, from 5–16, a variety of engaging, hands-on courses. As a Contract Educator, you’ll deliver project-based courses designed around Cresconova Labs’ innovative framework: Inquiry-based Learning, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking with a drive towards Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire Young Learners: Design and deliver engaging, hands-on courses tailored to the interests and needs of students from 5–16.
- Teach 2D or 3D design software as needed for projects.
- Cultivate curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in every lesson.
- Adapt and Innovate: Use the Cresconova Labs framework to plan lessons, ensuring they are student-centered, project-based, and inquiry-driven.
- Tailor content to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring accessibility and inclusion.
- Engage and Support: Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and teamwork.
- Ensure students are asking driving questions and conversing with ease about projects.
- Provide feedback to students to help them build confidence and improve their skills.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in a subject area along with ability to create multidisciplinary curriculum to drive learning deeper.
- Passion for working with youths and inspiring their creativity.
- Experience teaching fabrication skills, robotics, or project design.

- Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning models.

Compensation
