As a Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the commercial team and take the lead on multiple projects at the one time.
CSR are currently working on behalf of a specialist contractor, to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor. Based in Belfast, this contractor is seeing continued growth and are keen to find I highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. With projects ranging from £150K – £10M you will get the opportunity to work on a range of specialist projects throughout the UK., You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying along with experience of either main contracting or specialist.
2+ years’ experience within a Quantity Surveying role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
