The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
· Reconcile purchase invoices and attach relevant paperwork
· Update and maintain purchase/projects ledgers to include statement reconcilation
· Check weekly timesheets for payroll
· Prepare bank deposits
· Maintain sales ledger, including issuing sales invoices and end of month statements
. Have experience in VAT returns, EC Sales, preparing bank reconciliation for the purpose of payments & credit control
· Updating stationary/health & safety equipment supplies
· Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
· Good maths skills and ability to spot numerical errors
· Hands-on experience with Word, MS Excel and Sage accounting software
· Organisational skills
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good verbal and written communication skills Salary commensurate with experience
