The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands oldest and busiest multi disciplinarian contractors. The company, based in Belfast are recruiting for a Site Manager for Public Works projects with a trades background and a keen eye for detail. The Client has upcoming projects in North Antrim and throughout Co. Antrim. Projects range from building refurbs to housing and small civils works, mainly Housing executive and social housing contracts. Packages around £45-50k plus van and fuel Requirements Ideally from a trades background Experience in public works projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing up to £1M worth of work Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams and sub contractors Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Contracts Manager.
