An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading NI main contractor. The requirement would be for a driven Quantity Surveyor with around 2-3 years' experience and a history of working on at least projects of £2m+ value.

NI Based Projects.

The Role

  • Assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts
  • Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information
  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
  • Provide management information for Senior QS & Commercial Manager
  • Provide support to commercial management where required
