A premier specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on an impeccable portfolio of high-end luxury projects across the hospitality, elite commercial, high-end residential, and luxury retail sectors. You will be delivering landmark schemes where detail, quality, and craftsmanship truly matter. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate incoming tender information across various formats
- Compile highly accurate, detailed, and compliant cost estimates
- Source, review, and negotiate competitive quotes from specialist subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyse contractual and supplementary tender documents for commercial impact
- Manage all technical and pricing correspondence with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Attend site visits to evaluate physical conditions and check exact tender pricing requirements
- Participate in mid-tender and post-tender review meetings with clients and design teams
- Manage the post-tender query process and follow up on submitted bids
- Provide clear, detailed internal handover packages to the operations team on successful tenders

- Knowledge of estimating software systems (experience with Evaluate is preferable)
