The CSR Group are currently recruiting on behalf of an NI based specialist Fit Out Contractor with a presence throughout the UK and Ireland. They have an exciting new opportunity for a SHEQ Manager to join and lead their expanding team.
As SHEQ Manager you will be responsible for the Health, Safety Environment and Quality management for the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising management on all SHEQ, occupational health and welfare matters.
- Providing current advice affecting health, safety, environmental and quality to all personnel.
- Ensuring the company safety systems are followed for delivering projects safely.
- Developing the company's policies and implementing ISOs.
- Maintaining the company's 3rd party Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety accreditations and external management systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements in conjunction with management and reviewing sub-contractors' risk assessments.
Essential:
- Must have experience in managing the implementation of ISO and 45001.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
- Full driving license.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
