Here is what you will be doing each day:

You will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift. You will check in guests, answer phones and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies, process invoices and reconcile accounts. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, keep accurate financial records and ledgers, help prepare for forecasts and audits.

Does this sound like you?

You have at least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor. You have an eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests. You have prior Hyatt brand experience, excellent computer, customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud preferred.
