CRESCENT GARAGE (LEAMINGTON) LIMITED is a family owned car repair garage based in Leamington Spa. We pride ourselves on our professional and high quality repair service and also our professional and friendly customer service. Our garage is located at 51 Rugby Road, Leamington Spa.

This is a full time role 40 hours per week Mon-Fri, and on site. The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering phones
  • Booking in jobs
  • Managing customer inquiries
  • Learning and using our online based job sheet and invoicing system
  • Setting up jobs for the following day
  • Updating current jobs with labour descriptions and parts
  • Discussing invoices with customers and taking payments
  • Performing clerical duties like filing and preparing manual diary sheets

Prefer candidates to be local to Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry area.

Qualifications:

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Competent computer and keyboard skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
