Crescent Care is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care to individuals living with disabilities. You will support clients in their homes and out in the community, helping them build independence and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and medication reminders.
  • Facilitate community access activities such as social outings and appointments.
  • Encourage skill development and independence in daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and report client progress to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
  • Passion for helping people lead independent, fulfilling lives.
