Golf View Hotel & Spa, part of Crerar Hotels, is recruiting a Receptionist to join its front of house team in Nairn. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in being the first point of contact for guests.

The role

  • You will welcome guests and act as the first point of contact for the hotel.
  • You will handle guest enquiries in person and by telephone in a professional manner.
  • You will manage bookings and guest information using hotel booking and CRM systems.
  • You will carry out daily reception duties including basic administration and banking tasks.
  • You will support upselling of hotel facilities and services where appropriate.
  • You will help ensure guests receive a warm, efficient, and well organised experience throughout their stay.

Working pattern

This is a part time, permanent role. Hours are 25 per week, worked on a rota basis.
