As a Room Attendant - Evening Turn Down Service at Crerar Hotels, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important. Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Turning down beds
  • Switching on bedside lights
  • Replenishing water and the hospitality tray
  • Ensuring the rooms are clean and tidy prior to guests returning from dinner
  • Cleaning corridor areas within your assigned section
  • Following all health and safety guidelines
  • Completing any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper
