As a Restaurant Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service while creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. With a friendly, focused attitude, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and addressing any guest complaints with effective solutions.

Your role will involve building strong professional relationships with customers, overseeing staff training, and implementing strategies to drive revenue. A hands-on leader, you’ll collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations, budget control, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Additionally, you will manage invoicing, ledger processes, and compile weekly and period-end sales reports to ensure financial accuracy and contribute to the restaurant's success.
