As a Spa Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our spa. You will play a vital role in delivering a warm welcome, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the spa reception. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling guest inquiries
- Managing treatment schedules
- Processing payments
- Supporting the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Assisting with administrative duties to ensure the spa operates efficiently and in line with Crerar Hotels’ high standards
