This flexible position will be carried out over 3/4 days out of 7 per week, with paid attendance for any call outs in an emergency.

As a Maintenance Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition by carrying out a wide variety of repair and renovation tasks. With experience as a handyman and knowledge of health and safety regulations, you will work independently to complete jobs in:

  • Joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Painting
  • Tiling
  • General DIY

Your role will involve conducting regular checks, assisting contractors, and keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you will need to prioritise urgent tasks while maintaining detailed records of work and costs. As this is a customer-facing role, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are key to delivering outstanding service. Ensuring all compliance for fire safety is also required.
