As a Leisure Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests in the pool, and spa areas. A strong commitment to customer service is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team while taking the initiative when needed. Your duties will include preparing the spa and leisure facilitites each morning, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Depending on your skills, you will also also go through relevant First Responder and Pool Rescue training. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, along with good communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude, will help you thrive in this role.
