We are excited to be recruiting for a Hotel Porter at Dunkeld House Hotel to support various departments as needed. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Answering queries about hotel activities
- Offering recommendations to enhance their stay
You will ensure consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards, maintaining a clean and well-kept environment throughout the day. Additionally, you’ll be ready to take on any other duties requested by Managers.
A full UK driving licence is required and applicants must be over the age of 25. Full training will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal. As a Hotel Porter, you’ll need to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and approach guest service with professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
