As a Hotel General Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting all the teams within the hotel. Every day will bring a new challenge and new skills.

You’ll cover food and beverage service, night porter shifts, reception, housekeeping and even leisure and kitchen porter as required. Your role will also involve providing exceptional guest service, supporting the teams as required and creating a welcoming atmosphere to ensure all guests have an outstanding experience. Responsibilities

  • Support all hotel teams across the operation, adapting to daily needs.
  • Cover food and beverage service, night porter shifts, reception, housekeeping and, as required, leisure and kitchen porter duties.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Compensation: Β£12.21 per hour. Applicants must be over 18 years old due to licensing requirements.
