Weβre looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to help us create and manage engaging content across our channels - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (and future channels). In this role you will get to work across day to day channel management and content creation.
- Take ownership of scheduling content across channels.
- Create monthly content calendars based on strategies outlined by the Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
- Work alongside our Group Marketing Executive on content ideas and channels.
- Support the hotel's strategies in developing and implementing social media strategies to support key focuses.
- Responsible for content creation across accounts.
- Respond to comments and messages, and ensure that hotel communications are up to date, working closely with the hotels to achieve this.
- Support the Marketing Director on the monthly report, owning slides on social media insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including marketing, PR and digital, to ensure social media aligns with the business goals.
- You will oversee the proactive social media presence across the collection, 10 hotels and a group account.
- You will work with hotels to create and manage content, ensuring that messaging is delivered, content is on-brand, and the strategy aligns with the overall commercial goals.
- Youβll bring the hotels to life on key platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, with support from the wider Marketing team.
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Executive, and an external PR agency to review influencer opportunities.
We work off Monday.com to align plans and workload with catch up calls twice a week to align as a team. There are also monthly agency meetings and quarterly face to face meetings. Alongside this, you get to visit the hotels, located in ten stunning locations across Scotland and the Lake District.
THE PERSON: A creative soul with a flair for design and creating wow experiences. Experience with social media. Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships, an attention to detail. Creativity and the ability to generate content ideas. Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments. Proactive in seeking out new content ideas. Driving license preferred. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

THE LOCATION: You will be flexible home/remote-working β visiting hotels across the UK on a regular basis to gather content (travel expenses are covered). Our hotels are located across Scotland and in the Lake District.
Closing date: 4th July 2025. Interview dates: 30th June to 18th July, 2025. There will be two rounds of interviews.
