As Deputy General Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will oversee all Front of House (FOH) operations, including housekeeping, while acting as a line manager to FOH staff. You will ensure a professional and welcoming guest experience, coordinating with Supervisors and Ops Managers to maintain exceptional service standards. Your role includes handling administrative duties such as staff rotas, time sheet records, and FOH sales reporting. You will also manage credit applications through Head Office, oversee PM account procedures, and ensure timely invoicing. Additionally, you will liaise with external credit companies, maintain control of the sales ledger, and conduct regular income audits to verify accuracy in financial reporting and cash handling across departments.
