We are excited to be recruiting for a Hotel Porter at Dunkeld House Hotel to support various departments as needed. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Answering queries about hotel activities
- Offering recommendations to enhance their stay
You will ensure consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards, maintaining a clean and well-kept environment throughout the day. Additionally, you’ll be ready to take on any other duties requested by the General Manager.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, though full training will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal. As a Hotel Porter, you’ll need to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and approach guest service with professionalism and excellent attention to detail. Please note that this role requires some driving, therefore candidates should be over the age of 25 and hold a drivers licence.
