As a Breakfast Chef at Crerar Hotels, you’ll bring exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food preparation and presentation to the kitchen. With the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, you’ll thrive in our fast‑paced environment.

You’ll supervise the kitchen brigade, ensuring a smooth breakfast service while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance service quality. You’ll also train the team, ensuring they have the knowledge to confidently upsell menu items.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the cleanliness, stock control, organisation, and high standards of your section, contributing to the overall success of our breakfast offerings.
