As a Bar Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. With your great communication skills, well-presented appearance, and passion for outstanding service, you’ll ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will involve working as part of a team to assist guests, handle requests efficiently, and serve throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner. With a can-do attitude and a keen interest in food and drink, you’ll quickly learn about our menus and the hotel, confidently upselling dishes, wines, and the hotel’s amenities. Experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but your enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent service will be key to your success.
