We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and Barista experienced Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and retail management experience to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. The role initially would require being trained as a team member instore, progressing to overseeing daily store activities and supervising staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales, staffing, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
Requirements
- Barista experience is essential.
