A global leader in entertainment is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce division. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a sharp eye for logistics and detail, this could be your next move.
️ About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing production and logistics for a wide range of consumer products—from supplier to warehouse to customer. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage purchase orders, track inbound deliveries, and help ensure everything runs smoothly across the supply chain.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain coordination for D2C products
• Create and track purchase orders using supply chain software
• Liaise with suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses
• Maintain accurate data and product setup (e.g., barcodes, codes, etc.)
• Reconcile deliveries and resolve order-related queries
• Support finance with invoicing and order reconciliation
• Collaborate across departments to meet project deadlines

• Familiarity with stock/order management systems (e.g., Navision a plus)
