As we enter our next phase, our focus is on improving marketplace liquidity, sharpening conversion, and strengthening execution discipline across the business.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own ecommerce experience and conversion optimisation across our marketplace. This is a hands‑on execution role focused on turning clear growth priorities into high-quality, high-converting user experiences. You will work closely with Growth, Engineering, Design and Marketplace Strategy to ship improvements that materially impact A2C, checkout, and repeat behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

You will be responsible for designing and shipping improvements across our retailer journey, including:

  • Product discovery and search experience
  • PDP optimisation and trust signals
  • Add-to-cart and checkout flows
  • Personalisation and merchandising logic
  • Onsite experience that improves liquidity and seller visibility

You will:

  • Translate growth priorities into clear, testable product solutions
  • Write crisp product specifications with strong acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure fast, reliable delivery
  • Collaborate with Design to create intuitive, conversion-led UX
  • Partner with Marketplace Strategy to understand where friction vs liquidity is impacting performance
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data

Your Profile

  • 5–8 years experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, marketplace, or DTC platforms
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and ecommerce UX
  • Proven experience shipping measurable improvements to conversion metrics
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Bias for action and comfort operating in high-ownership environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working closely with Growth

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces
  • Experience working in fast‑scaling environments
