Strong understanding of coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
Experience in raising purchase orders, item codes and sales orders ideally in Navision or any other systems such as SAP.
Good knowledge in Excel and Word. Ability to use multiple spreadsheets.

Detail of the role:
- Matching supplier invoices and packing lists with purchase orders and processing supplier invoices.
- Processing invoicing to retail customers.
- Support GRNI process.
- Stock transfers.
- Setting up new suppliers.
- Negotiating carrier rates and arranging deliveries via FEDEX or E-courier.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to retailers and to touring destinations.
- Making sure that deliveries are on time.
- Submitting supplier’s packing lists, bookings and product Tariff information on customer portals.
- Support tracking supplier’s audits and manufacturing agreements, making sure they are all up to date.
