We’re looking for a QA Tester with solid ServiceNow experience to join a leading technology-driven organisation on a 6-month contract. You’ll play a key role in the successful implementation of a new ServiceNow platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and quality throughout.
Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to UK offices)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Type: Contract (inside IR35)
Day Rate: Up to £550 per day
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and run test plans and scripts across ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM)
- Conduct functional, regression, and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
- Support end-to-end and integration testing phases
- Identify bugs, work closely with developers, and verify fixes
- Keep the ATF framework maintained and optimised
- Deliver clear, concise test reports and support UAT validation

- Strong experience testing across multiple ServiceNow applications
- Proven skills with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
