ServiceNow QA Tester

🚀 Contract QA Tester – ServiceNow | 6 Months | Hybrid (UK-based)

We’re looking for a QA Tester with solid ServiceNow experience to join a leading technology-driven organisation on a 6-month contract. You’ll play a key role in the successful implementation of a new ServiceNow platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and quality throughout.

📍 Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to UK offices)

🕒 Duration: Initial 6 months

💼 Type: Contract (inside IR35)

💰 Day Rate: Up to £550 per day

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and run test plans and scripts across ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM)
• Conduct functional, regression, and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
• Support end-to-end and integration testing phases
• Identify bugs, work closely with developers, and verify fixes
• Keep the ATF framework maintained and optimised
• Deliver clear, concise test reports and support UAT validation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience testing across multiple ServiceNow applications
• Proven skills with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Solid understanding of functional and regression testing
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
