We’re looking for a commercially sharp, clinically curious, and globally minded Global Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and commercial success of our advanced energy portfolio. This isn’t just product management — it’s product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch to end-of-life — across global markets.
- Develop product strategy and roadmaps backed by deep customer insight and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with clinical experts, R&D, marketing, and regional commercial teams to bring best-in-class products to life.
- Lead global upstream marketing: customer segmentation, positioning, business case development, and more.
- Drive and support commercial launches worldwide, aligning messaging, education, and tools with customer needs.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, ensuring your portfolio remains competitive and profitable.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in medical device product management — ideally in electrosurgery or advanced energy systems.
- Deep understanding of surgical and/or endoscopic environments, procedures, and healthcare dynamics.
- Proven track record in working across functions — with engineers, clinicians, and commercial teams.
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
- You know how to get things done.
- Strong technical grasp, customer focus, and commercial awareness.
Your Background
- Degree in life sciences, medical technology, engineering, or marketing.
