We are looking for an experienced MSK Clinician to join our team at Cora Health. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for providing outstanding patient care and a desire to grow and develop their skillset within an established team.
Job Summary:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Provide speciality advice to requests from stakeholders across the pathway.
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Holding professional relationships with external clinical stakeholders to facilitate successful partnership working and the delivery of high-quality rheumatology care.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs.
- Formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
- A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
- Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT).
- Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
