About The Role
We at Cora Health are delighted to be looking for an IT Service Support Analyst to join our growing technology team and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality support to colleagues across the organisation. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and helping people get the best out of their technology, this role will suit you perfectly.
- First-line and second-line support across hardware, software, networks, and business applications
- Incident logging and resolution using our IT platform, ensuring timely updates and clear communication
- User account administration including onboarding, permissions, and access management
- Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 issues
- Escalating complex issues to specialist teams when required
- Maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles and support guides
- Contributing to service improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for efficiency
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in an IT support environment (13 years ideal, but were flexible)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL is beneficial
