About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an integrated community MSK, pain, & rheumatology service based in Mid & South Essex. Cora Health has been delivering community MSK, pain & rheumatology services in South West Essex since 2015. From April 1st, 2026, services will be expanded across Mid & South Essex. This role is to join an established multidisciplinary team during growth. Services will be delivered from a range of venues across Mid & South Essex with opportunities to work a varied timetable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain conditions as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and formulate patient presentations with physical and emotional needs.
- Deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes; ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge.
Who we are looking for / Qualifications
- Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Osteopaths and Nurses eligible; HCPC or equivalent regulator (as applicable).
- Current valid registration with your relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, NMC).
- Experience in delivering pain management services with tangible results and commitment to personalised care.
- Understanding of the impact of chronic pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
- Ability to influence patients, people, commissioners, and pathways; drive quality audits and integration of evidence-based practice.
- Educational capacity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Chronic Pain.
- Desire to deliver innovation and lead change; supportive of CPD and service development.
- Experience in developing team members.
