About us Since 1967, Crendon Timber Engineering has been at the forefront of our industry. With more than 12 sites across the UK and continuing to expand, we manufacture high quality Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, Posi-Joists, and a wide range of engineered timber solutions. We are dedicated to supporting our customers, growing our team and giving back to local communities through charity partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpret customer requirements and estimator quotations to provide efficient and professional designs, ensuring targets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Prepare formal RFIs as required.
- Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure designs take into consideration costs, targets and manufacturing capacity & capability.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of I.T (use of Microsoft Office 365 suite).
- Confident written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with colleagues and customers.
- Experience with CAD based programs desirable but not essential as full training will be provided on bespoke design package (MiTek PAMIR).
- Able to work as part of a small team but have self-motivation to work alone to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
