With more than 12 sites across the UK and continuing to expand, we manufacture high quality Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, Posi-Joists, and a wide range of engineered timber solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpret customer requirements and estimator quotations to provide efficient and professional designs, ensuring targets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Prepare formal RFIs as required.
- Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure designs take into consideration costs, targets, and manufacturing capacity & capability.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of I.T (use of Microsoft Office 365 suite).
- Confident written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with colleagues and customers.
- Experience with CAD based programs desirable but not essential as full training will be provided on bespoke design package (MiTek PAMIR).
- Able to work as part of a small team but have self-motivation to work alone to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
