We’re looking for exceptional part-time Team Members to join the crew at Crème, working across both Crème Soho and Crème Notting Hill. This is a multi-site role, 20 hours per week. Crème is our much-loved dessert concept, famous for giant gooey cookies, premium ingredients, creative flair, and warm hospitality.

As a Team Member at Crème, you’ll be the face of the brand across both Soho and Notting Hill, serving our signature cookies, shaping and baking them fresh in-house, preparing quality coffee, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, has a passion for baking, and is happy to work flexibly across two sites in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and serve guests with warmth, positivity, and efficiency
  • Shape, bake, and finish cookies to Crème’s quality standards
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks with care and consistency
  • Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and inviting
  • Package and present takeaway orders to a high standard
  • Support both Crème Soho and Crème Notting Hill as required
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient needs
  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
  • Represent the Crème energy and commitment to quality on every shift
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 6 months’ hospitality, bakery, or customer-facing experience
  • Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality
  • Interest in baking and ability to work accurately with recipes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player
  • Flexible to work across both Soho and Notting Hill
  • Available to work weekends and busy shifts
  • Passion for quality food, coffee, and creating memorable experiences
