We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Framing Operative to join a production team working with high-quality materials and basic hand tools. This is a standing role that requires concentration, accuracy, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the working day.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Overtime: Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the standard rate, including weekend hours. During peak periods, weekend working may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building frames in line with set production requirements
- Safely operating wood-cutting machinery as part of the process
- Carefully inserting and aligning photographs within frames
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and compliant with site standards
