Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business on the outskirts of Haverhill, to assist with their busy spell. This is a busy, modern facility looking for pickers and packers to process orders. Key Responsibilities: * Pick and pack products accurately in line with order specifications and quality standards. * Work to set targets and KPIs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout each shift. * Handle products with care, ensuring all items are packed to company presentation standards. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals and uphold warehouse standards Hours & Pay: · Full-time, temporary · Day Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. 1 in 3 weeks Tuesday – Saturday · £12.60 per hour Requirements: * A reliable and consistent approach to work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Able to follow instructions clearly and work effectively as part of a team. * Previous picking and packing experience is desirable but not essential
