Temporary Virtual PA – £15/hour – Immediate Start – Stunning Rural Location (Own Transport Essential) Location: Remote PA Business (Rural – Own transport required) Contract: Temporary (Approx. 4 weeks) – Potential for Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Rate: £15.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate Are you an organised, proactive PA who isn’t afraid of the phone and loves getting stuck in? We’re seeking a Temporary Virtual Personal Assistant to provide essential cover for a busy business based in a beautiful rural setting. You\’ll be handling a wide range of client enquiries and tasks, including: * Message taking and managing inbound communications * Quotation preparation and follow-up * Basic bookkeeping tasks * Ordering stock and handling supplier coordination * General PA/admin support as required Requirements: * Must be immediately available * Confident communicator – happy to be on the phone * Strong admin and organisational skills * Own transport is essential due to rural location (not accessible via public transport) * Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to muck in wherever needed * ​​​​​​​Must be comfortable sharing the office with 2 dogs! * Experience with bookkeeping is a bonus This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a picturesque location with a small, friendly team.
