CREM Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business in Bury St Edmunds to recruit a Warehouse Operative for a permanent position. This is a hands-on role within a busy and well-organised warehouse, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to become a valued part of the team.
The Role
- Picking, packing and labelling orders ready for dispatch
- Loading goods and preparing deliveries
- Booking in stock and checking goods from suppliers
- Storing stock accurately and maintaining stock integrity
- Supporting goods-in and other warehouse functions as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Carrying out occasional driving duties
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- A reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Maximum 3 penalty points
- Must be over 25 (insurance requirement)
Salary
£26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
